Richer: Dallas Nintendo Street Team

Online Stock Market Trading After a long summer of fun and Nintendo video games, the Dallas Nintendo Street Team today won the coveted $40,000 bonus.

Organizing six Street Teams with a series of five challenges to test their creativity, the Dallas Team organized a radio interview, and "instigated a flash mob among a convention of PC gamers." All of this was done other than their usual tasks, representing and promoting everything Nintendo at local concerts and public events.

Distributed evenly among the eight members, each Dallas-based Nintendo-enthusiast leaves $6,800 richer. Based from a salary of $100 a day for six weeks of three-day workweeks, the Dallas Street Team proved themselves hardcore for their hard work.

"Week after week the Dallas Nintendo Street Team met the challenges we gave them with skill and creativity, and they came out on top," says George Harrison, Nintendo of America's senior vice president of marketing and corporate communications. "In addition to the cash, they take away a summer's worth of lessons in a variety of skills that will help them no matter what careers they pursue."

The winning team is made up of eight Texans, including Brad Rosenquist of Dallas, Tiffany King of Aledo, Corey Olcsvary of Midlothian, Justin McIntosh of Carrolton, Brad Scarborough and Derek Dodd of McKinney, and Bryan Adams and Charles Boltas of Irving.

As they do, the viewer is a fly on the wall during their interactions, and hears some great music. time actors Glen Hansard, whose character is a vacuum cleaner repairman by day and street singer by night, and Marketa Irglova, as a homely (in the Irish sense) flower vendor on the same street, make a great team.
