GE Healthcare profits up 31 percent for quarter


GE Healthcares third-quarter profits are up 31 percent from the same quarter last year, the company has reported. The firms revenues climbed 43 percent to $3.3 billion from $2.3 billion in Q3 2003. Profits rose to $503 million from $383 million.
