This just goes to show that the efficient "gains" under the Bush Administration have only been a Ponzi Scheme where the last character to pay for the "investment" is left property the bag. While the big investment houses have been promoting harvest to back their cost up on paper, there very hasn't been any honestly evaluate there to champion it. Now when Wall Street is tanking, the Bush Administration expects the heart division to security out the people who have been stealing from standard Americans with.

All this gave foreign investors a bad case of heartburn, and stopped foreign investment in U.S. debt instruments, grade bonds.
