If compound interest can make a single dollar bill grow into a million dollars...then it can also make a single penny grow into a million pennies... and that's ten thousand dollars. From a single penny Have you ever walked by a penny on the sidewalk and not picked it up because it was just a penny The truth is, that hidden beneath that penny is a pile of a million pennies. Pick up that penny and invest it right.

Compliant companies can keep registering stock. Form S-8 provides an easy way to register an unlimited number of shares instantly and without SEC review - but it cannot be used unless the company is current in its required filings. Once the scheme is over, and the shares have been dumped, the company can stop filing, and for all practical purposes disappear.

Stock Market News Sanctioning delinquent filers is like viewing an accident in the rear view mirror. The damage has already been done.

Stock Investing Basics Which does not mean the SEC's efforts are insincere - only that they are insufficient. The Commission is hamstrung by a lack of resources and inadequate funding - despite political outcries over securities fraud and corporate scandals. It can declare war on penny stock fraud and fire the first shot by suspending delinquent filers, but does it have enough ammunition in its arsenal to finish the fight?

Stock Investing Software Fighting stock fraud makes for an appealing sound bite from politicians, but when it comes time to allocate funds to the SEC, Congress has proven to be quite penurious. And that, they should recognize, is just penny foolish.
