Stock Investing Game Feb 7, 2005 (AXcess News) Moscow - India's Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has made a formal offer to purchase a stake in Yuganskneftegaz, the former core asset of the embattled Yukos Oil Company which has been taken over by Russia's state-owned Rosneft Oil Company. This announcement was made by Rosneft's president Sergei Bogdanchikov, quoted by Interfax agency, over the weekend.
