Dynamic Logic Announces SiteLoop a Survey Recruitment Organization Tool for Web Publishers
SiteLoop Helps Publishers and Advertisers Keep Track of Research on Many Sites
New York - June 7, 2004 - Dynamic Logic, a marketing effectiveness research company, today announced a new enhancement called SiteLoop, an online multi-project research log designed for Web publishers to notify and update them of research being conducted on their site. SiteLoop provides a communication mechanism between publishers and advertisers by creating a knowledge centre where important information is stored and shared, including specific recruitment rules for sites, studies in field and respondent counts, new studies and projected start dates, as well as prior studies. Part extranet and part email, the SiteLoop system keeps both publishers and agencies up-to-date on all the projects they are working on with Dynamic Logic. The interface provides three simple links; one to an Air Traffic Control sheet, documenting key impression and recruitment data regarding publisher and agency/advertiser studies. The other two links are a reconciliation of the rules that Web publishers ask researchers to abide by when recruiting on their site and an archive, providing access to closed studies run by the publisher.
SiteLoop is an innovative tool that allows us to better manage the advertising effectiveness studies conducted on our site, says Paul Hutton, research manager, The Wall Street Journal Online. It provides me with immediate access to studies running on our site and allows me to be proactive in ensuring everything is ready to go before a new campaign is tested.
Publishers have the opportunity to provide input before the research begins regarding campaign nuances or detailing the history of the advertiser on their site, which ultimately may provide additional insight for advertisers and agencies into the campaign performance.
Additionally, SiteLoop tells publishers if an agency has agreed to let Dynamic Logic share the individual results of the campaign running on their particular site, which is something that is often requested by publishers in exchange for the control recruitment impressions. With agency permission, Dynamic Logic will provide the site data slice via MarketNorms. This cooperation helps both advertisers and publishers get studies done.
SiteLoop allows publishers to easily view recruitment impression needs of online research for control and exposed groups as well as to monitor progress within all studies, said Thomas Deierlein, COO, Dynamic Logic. Proactive early signals of pending studies are critical to internal processes at online publishers.
