I was never deal with e2save or carphonewarehouse ever again. This is realy poor customer service, I bought from them because every time they say - "Oh no, you have an 18 month contract". Now I am trying to cancel and they are being awkward again. They may be cheap - but they gave me free goodies including speakers and bluetooth headset.
